Charlie Clarey

Charlie started her journey in marketing with the entire rebrand of over 80 cinemas of what today falls under VUE Entertainment. Heading the partnerships and promotions departments meant she directly shaped the marketing initiatives rolled out across all the cinemas in the group’s portfolio.

From there, she took a brief stint in launching a new own-brand product for a British chain of garden centres, and then moved to join the European Digital Retail team at Samsung keeping the tech giant’s messaging, pricing and content aligned with retail partners. 

Her passion for marketing led her to set off her own consultancy where she now advises female founders on how to create simple yet effective marketing. Her desire to make marketing easy and accessible from the smallest startup to large marketing departments led to joining forces, as our leading Consultant on the Brand & Marketing Strategy for the Identity 360° program.

Chris Bonbright

Following a prolific career in research for the Ford Motor Company, our Research & Consumer Insights Expert, Chris Bonbright went on to establish the research department for Bass Pro Shop’s Tracker Marine Group, then moved to lead the global research team for the Finlandia Vodka division at Brown-Forman Corporation. He was promoted as Director of Consumer Insights for Modern Liqueur brands for the American wine and spirits leader before starting Curiosity Consulting.

On a personal level Chris has a deep passion for the question “why”. It shows through the gentle, yet extensive curiosity he takes in the person in front of him. Paired with 30 years of strategic customer intelligence experience, Chris is an incredible asset to our team of Consultants!

Shadi Yazdan, MBA

A true tech entrepreneur boasting 2 successful exits and real operational expertise, Shadi Yazdan is a consultant that tech companies seek out for the strategic operations groundwork, but also for the extensive experience in starting, developing and raising capital for 2 startups that were successfully sold within the first 3 years of launch. 

With strong connections in the startup venture world, Shadi went on to use her experience as founder and strategic partner to advise other emerging startups on raising investment and becoming profitable in a short time by optimising strategic ops, revenue streams and brand positioning.

Today she is a strategic consultant for US leaders in tech, healthcare and construction that want to build their operations at scale while leveraging AI capabilities. 

Shadi’s expertise in building and scaling businesses, and her passion for emerging tech and AI make her the perfect addition to our Consultant team. Kym Voorhees Raque

A published writer and prolific communicator, Kym Voorhees Raque began her career working in television and print newsrooms. Changing gears, she became a public relations executive using her expertise to help clients develop their messaging and showcase their own unique stories in the media.  

In 2002 she opened her own consulting firm, The Write Solution, LLC, working with B2B and B2C clients. She has represented a wide variety of clients from small start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations including:  Arby’s, Kroger, Texas Roadhouse, UPS, and Baptist Health. She was instrumental in increasing the public profile for Texas Roadhouse through work with individual stores in markets across the country to increase brand awareness and community presence using media appearances and events.

Kym is the recipient of numerous industry awards including Public Relations Society of America Landmarks of Excellence, Society of Professional Journalists, Sigma Delta Chi Award, SABRE Award, and Inside PR, CIPRA Award.
