2020. The world’s financial markets are taking a hit, but one financial tech is determined to survive.
CHALLENGE
Attracting the best talent, by showing a fun, inclusive and trustworthy human brand in an industry dominated by numbers, tech and aggressive targets.
The first step was gathering the insight we needed to be able to hit the right tone of voice and brand identity. We were fortunate to have a client that worked closely with us. It helped us highlight the finer details of the people behind the brand.

We’ve been fully rebranding GHCO and looking to redesign the website to suit our new identity. We needed content to reflect a young, vibrant fintech company on the rise. We also wanted the content to bring out a thriving culture and an inclusive workplace that inspired trust to future talent. The Orange Notebook captured this perfectly.

OUR APPROACH
We decided to create a Careers page a bit different. With a focus on open culture, internationality and some out-of-the-box benefits for life at GHCO, we removed some of the industry’s stereotypes, in favour of a more human, approachable brand.
Alongside content, we also put in place the SEO groundwork for a website suitable for the Millennial generation and we provided a curated visual library aligned with their brand vision.
